Cancellation & Refund Policy
Fair and transparent cancellation guidelines
1. Free Cancellation Window
Passengers can cancel any requested ride free of charge at any time before a driver is assigned or within 3 minutes of driver assignment if the driver has not yet reached the pickup location.
2. Cancellation Fee After Arrival
If a passenger cancels after the driver has arrived at the designated pickup point or fails to board after 5 minutes of waiting, a standard cancellation fee of ₹20 (for Bike) or ₹30 (for Auto) may be levied on the subsequent booking to compensate the driver for fuel and time.
3. Driver Cancellations
If a driver cancels a ride, the platform will immediately re-dispatch the request to the nearest alternative driver partner at no additional cost to the passenger.
4. Driver Subscription Refunds
Weekly and monthly platform subscriptions purchased by driver partners are non-refundable once activated and utilized for trip matching, except in proven cases of technical platform malfunction verified by administration.
