1. Information We Collect

We collect your mobile number to authenticate sessions via SMS OTP. When requesting rides, we process pickup and drop coordinates to match with eligible driver partners.

For driver partner applicants, we collect driving licence numbers, vehicle registration certificates, and contact information solely for safety vetting and regulatory verification.

2. Use & Sharing of Data

We never sell your personal data. Rider phone numbers and live locations are shared only with the assigned driver partner for the duration of the requested trip.

Driver documents are kept strictly private on secure internal storage and are accessible only to authorized administrators for compliance reviews.

3. Payment & Security

We never store sensitive credit card numbers or UPI PINs. Online transactions are processed through encrypted, RBI-compliant payment gateway abstractions.
