How do I book a Bike Taxi or Auto in Shahdol?
Simply visit the 'Book a Ride' page, choose your pickup location and drop destination, select Bike Taxi or Auto Rickshaw, and click 'Confirm & Request'. Your ride request will be dispatched instantly to verified drivers nearby.
What is the 4-digit Ride Start OTP?
For your safety, every confirmed ride generates a secure 4-digit OTP displayed on your tracking screen. You should only share this code with the driver partner when you board their vehicle.
How are the ride fares calculated?
Fares are calculated using a transparent base fare + per-kilometer and per-minute rate. For example, Bike Taxi starts at ₹25 (including the first 1.5 km), followed by ₹8 per kilometer. There are zero hidden surge charges.
How do driver subscription plans work?
Drivers subscribe to weekly (₹99) or monthly (₹299) plans and keep 100% of the fares collected from passengers. Subscriptions do not guarantee ride volume, and activation is subject to admin approval.
What should I do if I forget an item in a vehicle?
Contact our local support desk immediately with your Ride ID. Our team will coordinate directly with the assigned local driver partner to return your belongings.
