1. Nature of Platform & Pilot Demonstration

BookRiderOnline.com is an experimental technology platform facilitating micro-mobility connections between registered passengers and independent driver partners in the Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh.

All fare estimates, operational zones, subscription rates, and features shown on this website are illustrative of a planned commercial mobility deployment and remain subject to official regulatory authorizations.

2. Driver Partner Terms & Subscriptions

Driver partners are independent contractors and not employees of BookRiderOnline. Drivers subscribe to platform plans (Weekly, Monthly, Pro, or introductory Trial) which grant access to ride dispatch matching.

Subscriptions do not guarantee any minimum trip count, passenger volume, or income. Subscriptions are subject to administrative identity and vehicle document verification.

3. Passenger Obligations & Safety

Passengers must verify vehicle plate numbers and driver identity before boarding. Passengers must communicate the 4-digit ride OTP to the driver only upon physical boarding. Helmets are mandatory for bike taxi rides as per regional transport laws.

4. Fares & Payments

Fares are calculated based on base fare, distance, and duration. Passengers pay drivers directly via Cash or personal UPI QR code, unless an authorized online gateway transaction is configured.
